Chia Pet & A Graduation...............

Hi Everyone !!

Hope all is well with you. Life for me has been, well, fun and not so fun. Now you all know how cute I am right? Here is another picture of me in case you have forgotten.
I am now almost 8 months old. Well, I had a little issue the other day. You see, I had an operation to get 'Fixed' and within a few days I had all my energy back. While Mommy was taking a shower, I sat staring at the tree in Mommy and Daddy's bedroom, behind their bed. Isn't it beautiful?

Well, I guess I should say, WASN'T it beautiful? I decided to jump into the basket and roll all around in the moss inside of it and then run all over the house. I couldn't get this stuff off of me. I started to freak out because I knew Mommy would wig out on me. Well, I didn't know how to clean it up and when Mommy came out of the bathroom she began screaming, asking 'What did you Do?... Dahhh, couldn't ya figure it out Mommy? Then she had the nerve to yell at me some more and tell me I looked like a F&%^#@G Chia Pet !! I don't know what do you think?

Every time I try and have fun she has to go and ruin it. It didn't end there. I heard Mommy call daddy and tell him 'DON'T GO INTO THE BEDROOM, JUST CLOSE THE DOOR AND DON'T LOOK'....I was sooo scared for Daddy to come home. Well, just as I thought, Daddy fixed me. He took apart the bed in order to get the tree out and GOODBYE TREE!!!

I figured I better be a good sport and jumped on Daddy's back to help out the best I could.

Well, things did get better this week. I got my stitches out on Saturday and then went to my final training class. I GRADUATED !!!! YIPPEEE FOR ME....

The final exams were hard, but I passed them all. Mommy kept telling me I better do good or I would be riding the short bus. Not sure what she meant by that. Now it's on to Intermediate training in March. One day I will be fully trained as a therapy dog. I am afraid Mommy will need a lot of therapy before then.

Well, life has returned to normal and I am no longer in trouble. I think graduation helped Mommy get over my little chia pet incident. I have been back to playing with my toys as you can see.

For those of you who are curious, I am now 6.14 lbs...

Well, that's all for now..

Love to all,

Sasha

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

Happy New Year everybody:

I have been having so much fun and hope all of you are too. Saturday I went to school and learned how to stay and come when called. Mommy was so proud of me.

Then we went to see my brother Jonathan, Kim and their dog Maverick. It was Jonathan's Birthday. He turned 25! This was my first time meeting Maverick and what an experience that was. Look at how big he is!

He is really a gentle giant.

Then on New Years eve, Uncle Alan, Aunt Susan and Aaron came over for Lobsters, Filet, and all kinds of goodies. Matt had a really sick belly so he had to stay home. I sure did miss him because he always plays with me.

Uncle Alan tried to scare Mommy with the lobsters and Daddy wanted to see if they were bigger than me. Yep, they sure are bigger! Aren't they scary???

Today we started getting a snow storm and daddy had to shovel me a path and plow the driveway. I love the snow and have fun eating it. Daddy has to carry flags to mark where I go poopy so he knows where to go back and clean it up. Silly daddy....

Well Happy New Year and love to all, Sasha....
